A keeper. There is just enough seasoning/sauce to flavor the noodles and the rest of the dish. It is hard to describe the flavour but you know it’s there. Bean sprouts give a nice crunch.
Recommended.

I first had Chow Mei Fun in Singapore and I have been in love with it ever since. Since retiring and no longer traveling in the Far East, I have always bought Chow Mei Fun where I was working, but now I am retired and home so cooking my own is special. This recipe is absolutely amazing. You HAVE to try it.
