This dish isn’t meant to be spicy, and yellow curry powder usually adds very little heat.

Is yellow curry spicy and if so can it be left out or substituted with something else so the recipe is still flavorful?

Authentic Singaporean versions typically do not use curry powder, unlike the overseas Hong Kong style version.

i just made this one last night! It was tasty and relatively easy . It was a little tricky to get the noodles well mixed with the garlic and curry with chopsticks, I’m not used to using them this way. That said, chopsticks are the right tool for the job!
My wife loves this dish and gets it often when we eat out but is often disappointed. Now we can make it ourselves and know it will come out well.
