where is note 2? i can’t find anything about Sha Cha sauce? Help!! I love the recipe, and desperately want to make it, but don’t know if that sauce is avaialbel commercially or if i have to make it myself! please advise!

In reply to Fred. To keep recipes accurate and easy to follow, I always use measuring spoons. One tablespoon equals 15 ml, and one teaspoon equals 5 ml. Happy cooking!

Hi Wei,

This dish looks very nice. I think I’ll give it a try. Question: in your recipe you mention teaspoons and tablespoons. Do you use measuring spoons, where a teaspoon is exactly 5 ml and a tablespoon is 15 ml, or do you use your own teaspoons and tablespoon which may be smaller or bigger? And if you use your own spoons, what volume do they have?
