I‘ve „done“ Egg drop soup before but never the right way. I always did it wrong and turned out meh. But this recipe is nicee. Really lower the temperature, it’s really important!

Think I need to use a homemade chicken stock to use for this to make it more rich but it was pretty good. Can’t say it tasted like the egg drop I’ve had but still very good!
