This solves a problem that I have with Laoganma, soy oil. Soy stimulates the body to produce estrogen. Something men don’t need. Only double fermentation of soy eliminates this.
Now I can make my own chili oil without soy. I do enjoy noodles with Laoganma, but the soy content is troublesome. Thank you
