I tried the Beef Noodle soup. Was delicious. When the beef shin I bought turned out to be too lean, with the finished meat too stringy, I just cut it up into small pieces and simmered it for avfew mins. Served it as a thick soup; was just as tasty, with meat integrating well into soup.
