I wish I could include a pic. It turned out absolutely AMAZING!! Thank you for this recipe. It’s a STUNNER! my only change will be trying to blow air under skin next time to get more perfect skin cause we all FOUGHT over those bits!

I had peking duck in New York at Hui and I have thought about that Peking Duck almost daily since we had it a year ago. I’ve got this prepped and drying in our fridge for tomorrow night. I’m even going to be making the roast duck soup and serving the legs in that (just like Hui did). Thank you for posting this recipe, it seriously looks like the closest one to what we had!
