I haven’t made this yet, but I plan to. I’m still sick (after two weeks) and planning on doing this in my slow cooker once I pick up ingredients tomorrow. That way I have it kept warm all day for me. Thoughts?

I made this today with three Chinese pears and used brown sugar additional dates and goji berries. It was delicious and especially lovely to have in this hot, sweltering Chinese New Year weather.
