This recipe is a stayer! Very tasteful and not hard to make.
What I’ve learnt about Wei’s offerings is that they are incredibly adaptable! I have a printout on my bench and then I look in the fridge and pantry. I didn’t have rice noodles – wheat noodles did the trick. I had chicken breast that needed to be used. (Pre-school it.) It all came together beautifully.
