Thank you for your kind words and encouragement, Tina! I’m glad you found the bean sprout idea helpful. It’s wonderful to hear how you’re blending Chinese techniques with Greek dishes. That sounds delicious!

Thank you Wei! Why haven’t I seen this before? I will definitely follow your instructions to grow some bean sprouts at home. Wishing you all the best for your book. If I may add something: I think we need more creative recipes from people like you, e.g. tofu-stuffed tomatoes is a hit. That’s the way to progress, in my opinion. I have been using Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients in Greek cuisine. It really improved the taste of the plates a lot.

We made this according to the instructions (though without the optional peppercorns) to add to a Poke Bowl. The spice and flavor were great!

You’ll for sure slowly get used to the wonderful taste of Sichuan Pepper.

Tonight I was brave enough to add the pinch of Sichuan peppercorns! They provided only a gentle tongue-numbing effect. This recipe takes as little time as is promised in the recipe. And the bite and flavour are lovely.
