Just made your dim sum chicken feet today it is EXCELLENT. Easy, quick and delicious. I love it and my kids will too. I wonder if you have the traditional white vinegar chicken feet recipe as well! Thank you very much!

My 96 year old mother loves this recipe! Wei, thank you for sharing it. I’ve tried a few other recipes as well and they are superb. It means so much to me to cook for mom and have her eyes light up with happiness. Never in a million years would I have thought to try cooking ‘feet’. Glad I did. My family thanks you 🙂

If I wanted to split this into a 2 day process, the chilling after frying, after the ice bath, can I refrigerate them overnight to braised the next day?
