Sorry to hear that! This recipe uses rice flour made from regular white rice (not glutinous rice), known as 粘米粉 in Chinese. Be aware that some rice flour from non-Asian or non-Chinese brands may not be suitable for this recipe. The correct type should have the same color and fineness as cornstarch.
