In reply to James Markson. Yes, it works with chicken parts. Just reduce the amount of seasoning accordingly and adjust the cooking time. I haven’t tested it this way myself, so I’m sorry I can’t give exact quantities or timings. Let me know how it turns out if you try it.

Thank you so much for this recipe . I am having to relearn how to cook all over again. I had a really bad stroke in 2015 and it fried a lot of my memories. It is had when you can no longer do the things that you love like cooking. thank you thank you for sharing this I am at a point in my life where I needed a anchor and was running out of the will to keep going because I love cooking and not being able to recall how to was killing me. Thank you for give me a reason to go on I will be 66 this November and was ready to call it quits.

Thankyou for your recipes! I love that you have full photograpy and I would like to see more old time recipes as you go through time and street foods are always very cool to learn also.
I have a pekin duck farm in NSW and I love this duck for its fast growing appeal, beautiful babies and white bright eggs, so good!!
