Thank you for your message, Reynold! It sounds like your dough may be a little dry, which can make it harder to stretch. Rolling wrappers thinly does take practice, and it will get easier with time.
For saving recipes, you can click the “Print” button in the recipe card, then choose “Save as PDF” in your printer settings.

Wonderful recipes but I am getting overwhelmed by them.

I’m in the middle of trying to make siu lung bao. I can only stretch 13g flour to 10 cm not 12.5 or 13 cm. I suspect it’s because my dough is just a trifle dry[?]. Also each bao takes 30 minutes of rolling to get to 10 cm! My shaping is still not correct so will lo0k again at your video.

On a totally different issue, I wanted to copy the downloaded recipes into MSWord or pdf file but can’t. Was this done intentionally?
