Another good recipe! I doubled and froze them raw. The rolls defrost well overnight to steam up the next day. The sauce is full of mushroom flavor. I used ground chicken and the rolls are tasty but lacking the richness of pork, so I’ll have to make these again!

Thank you so much for sharing this, Tina! For 腐乳 (furu), it’s great in marinades (Braised Beef Shank), or stir-fries (Water Spinach Stir-Fry), or as a spread on buns (like butter). This is the portable gas stove that I use when shooting videos. Hope this helps!
