Have been following your recipes for a while and had a chance to make couple dishes… they turned out great and a lot less salty than store bought for sure.
Love the way you talk about each ingredient and the link in how to make them.
Would be great if you could incorporate some links to Amazon for some products.

Thankyou very VERY much. Two very satisfied bellies here! It was nothing like the gravy style takeaway that I’m used to. The flavours really shine and it’s amazingly flavourful with so few ingredients. So quick to both cook and prepare and eaten even quicker!

This was wonderful! Spatchcocking the chicken was something totally new to me and it was so simple to do. From here on out this will definitely be my first choice in preparing a whole bird.
